Learning Chinese? On 2nd December at 3 p.m. come and meet with Jesse Appell – the intercultural comedian and entrepreneur who has connected his interest of Chinese language and culture with his other passions: comedy and Chinese tea.
We will have a interview/talk with Jesse at the "Didzioji Konfucijaus auditorija", M. K. Ciurlionio str. 21 (inner building) about his journey learning Chinese, entering the Chinese comedy world, starting a comedy club in Beijing and facing the daily struggles of running a theater venue.
Furthermore, he will share how he got stuck in the US due to the pandemic and how he has dealt with it: launching his tea business and creating funny internet content.
